     ATA was founded in 1999, and was publicly listed on NASDAQ 2008 - 2018 ( NASDAQ ticker : ATAI ). In late 2018, ATA spun out its Testing business and returned to China capital market as ATA Online.

     ATA Online provides professional testing and assessment services serving government, education institutions, authorities and individuals.

     Headquartered in Beijing, Operations and R&D centers in Shanghai.
     Contact and support offices set up nationwide in 9 strategic locations.
     Subsidiary - Hongkong Company established in December 2020.
     Joint Venture - Thailand Company established in August 2023.
